Questions before you order

Shorts cost $27 for one, $60 for three and $75 for five, which works out at $15 each in the five-pack. Long videos cost $75 for one, $180 for three and $255 for five. Prices are fixed, in US dollars, and you pay once with no subscription. Short-form prices are for 15–40 second clips.

Pick a pack under Pricing and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout. At checkout, paste your channel or the exact videos you want edited, and add any notes. That’s it. We email you within 12 hours, 7 days a week, to confirm your order, and tell you then if a link doesn’t work or something is missing.

Yes. Paste your channel link and we’ll pick the strongest moments. Want particular videos or moments? Paste those links and add the times in the checkout notes.

Type upload in the checkout box. After you pay, we email you an upload folder, shared only with your email address, and your delivery time starts once your files are in.

Yes. Payment runs on Stripe, and we never see your full card details. Pay by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay when your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars.

Standard short-form packages are delivered within 24 hours, and long videos within 48 hours, after payment, usable footage and the brief are confirmed. Weekends and public holidays included: we work 7 days a week. If an unusually large order or significant cleanup needs more time, we agree that upfront. One round of changes is included: send it within 48 hours of delivery.

Our standard Short is 15–40 seconds. Need a different length? Say so in the checkout notes, or ask us before you order.

Whatever you already have: a podcast recording, a coaching call, or a talk to camera. We cut it into short clips. You don't need to film anything new, write scripts or prepare shot lists.

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok. Every Short comes as one vertical 9:16 (1080×1920) file, with captions burned in, that works on all three.

We may showcase finished edits in our portfolio. Write “private” in your checkout notes if you’d rather we don’t showcase yours, or tell us any time.

You can cancel for a full refund until we start work. If you buy as a consumer, you also have a 14-day right to cancel (section 8 of our Terms): if you cancel after we have started, you pay only for the videos already delivered, and the right ends once your videos are fully delivered. Packs expire 14 days after you pay: if by then we still have no usable footage from you, or you've stopped replying, we close the order and the videos not yet made lapse (section 2.4). Shorts packs with a baseline we agreed before you ordered are also covered by our 2× views guarantee (section 5). This doesn't limit your rights under the law.

Yes, on Shorts packs where we agree your baseline before you order. If the average views of your pack's Shorts don't reach twice that baseline, we refund the pack price. The posting rules and how to claim are in section 5 of our Terms. Want it? Send us your channel before you order and we'll confirm your baseline within 24 hours.

Yes, for channels with 10,000+ subscribers: one per person, made from footage you already have, with no payment or card details. If you like it, it comes clean, as an extra, with any pack you order. We make a few samples each day, so yours may come the next day. Ask for one with the form on our homepage. Smaller channel? Try one Short for $27.
