BEJU Creative ("BEJU," "we," "us") provides short-form video editing services — turning long-form footage (podcasts, talking-head content, raw clips) into edited short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for clients ("you," "the client"). Pricing is volume-based, per our current rate card, and may change over time — the price agreed at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order.
An order is placed once you confirm a package (number of videos) and send us the raw footage to work from. Work begins once footage is received in a usable format. If footage is unusable (corrupted, wrong format, missing audio, etc.), we'll ask you to resend it before the turnaround clock starts.
Standard delivery is 24 hours from when we receive usable footage, for the packages listed on our current rate card. Delivery time can extend for unusually large orders or footage that needs significant extra cleanup — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case rather than surprise you at the deadline.
Each order includes one round of revisions. Revision requests should be specific and sent within a reasonable time of delivery. Requests that go beyond the original brief (e.g. asking for a substantially different edit rather than a fix) may be treated as a new order.
We offer a performance guarantee: if the edited videos we deliver don't at least double (2×) your average views within 30 days of you posting them, you're entitled to a refund.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We don't store or have access to your full card details. Payment is due [before work begins / on delivery — confirm which] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of your original raw footage. Once an order is paid in full, you own the edited videos we deliver and are free to post, use, and monetize them however you like. We may, unless you tell us otherwise, showcase finished work (or anonymized clips of it) in our own portfolio and marketing materials.
You confirm that you have the rights to any footage you send us, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the content of your own videos (claims, statements, etc.) — we're responsible for the editing.
You can cancel an order before we've started work on it for a full refund. Once editing has begun, cancellation refunds are at our discretion and may account for work already completed.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services (for example: lost business opportunities, reputational impact from how a platform's algorithm treats your content, or third-party actions). Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
